Exchange Policy (Domestic Market Only)

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 48 hrs from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. 

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Please Note: 

  • Products which are in discounted SALE cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

1-Return Policy (Domestic Market Only)

2-Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order. 

Cash On Delivery(COD) Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We offer free shipping on all our products throughout India! 

Free Shipping  Navaari, Dhoti,Kurtis etc. is sent on all orders above Rs.499.

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order.

However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.

To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame.
